To check the delivery rates to your preferred destination, please email us at custserv@exonlinestore.com.

Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries are carried out via appointed courier companies only. Please do not use PO Box address for delivery. The shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Extreme Garment (M) Sdn Bhd is only responsible for one time delivery charge. If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery at the specified address, the additional charges that arise from the second delivery will be borne by you and will be charged accordingly.

We strive to ensure that all products are available to you as quickly as possible. Average time of orders is 5 - 15 working days (within Malaysia and out-of Malaysia) from shipping date. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with our courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver the products by the estimated delivery date.

Occasionally, a delay in the shipment of product may occur due to festive seasons, promotional period or incomplete shipping details supplied. If your orders have not arrived within a specified date or time, kindly contact our Customer Service Department at custserv@exonlinestore.com.

It is your responsibility to inform Extreme Garment (M) Sdn Bhd if any order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquires with the courier company to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

You are advised to examine your purchase and confirm that they are in good order upon receiving them. Any pilferage or damage found in the products must be reported immediately.
